Category Management Specialist
Job Summary
To support key corporate and operational categories, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist III will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders at both national and regional levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Participate in the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value
- Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and suppliers to align initiatives with client expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Experience in developing and executing RFPs
- Strong analytical skills to leverage insights for data-driven decision-making
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across various functions
