Category Management Specialist
Job Summary
To support Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist III will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive value and improve service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies by analyzing market trends and stakeholder needs
- Facilitate the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal clients and suppliers to align initiatives with business goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Experience in applying analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Understanding of contract administration and procurement processes
