Category Management Specialist III
Job Summary
Supporting key corporate and operational categories, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist III will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and manage relationships with stakeholders while ensuring alignment with business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Participate in the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value
- Analyze category spend to inform data-driven decisions and apply cost and supply market analytics
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum two years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Ability to leverage analytics for decision-making in category management
- Understanding of market trends and their impact on organizational strategies
