Category Management Specialist III
Job Summary
Supporting key corporate and operational categories, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist III will develop and implement category strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing and contract facilitation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs to ensure alignment with business goals
- Participate in the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and facilitate contracting
- Leverage analytics to support data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for improvement in category management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum two years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Knowledge of analytics and insights to inform category strategies
- Ability to adapt to change and drive strategic programs
