Category Management Specialist III
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Category Management Specialist III, the successful candidate will manage category strategies and sourcing for Facilities and Corporate Services, conducting negotiations, performing analyses, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category/spend strategies while maintaining relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Participate in the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value
- Leverage analytics to support data-driven decisions and drive improvements in quality and delivery performance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and stakeholder needs
- Experience in developing and executing RFPs
- Ability to analyze category spend and apply cost and supply market analytics
