Category Management Specialist III

Job Summary

Supporting key corporate and operational categories, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist III will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category/spend strategies by analyzing market trends and stakeholder needs
• Manage the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure compliance
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal clients and suppliers to drive quality and performance improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and strategy development
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiations
• Ability to adopt and implement change practices in a collaborative environment
