Category Management Specialist III
Job Summary
Supporting key corporate and operational categories, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist III will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops and executes category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Participates in the RFP process and supplier negotiations to ensure strategic value and effective contracting
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal clients and suppliers to align initiatives with organizational goals
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and strategy development
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders
