Category Management Specialist III

Job Summary

To support key corporate and operational categories, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist III will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and manage contracts while collaborating with stakeholders at both national and regional levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and executes category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
• Participates in the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value
• Builds and maintains relationships with internal clients and suppliers to drive value and alignment with business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Experience in developing and executing RFPs and supplier negotiations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across various functions
