Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Category Management Specialist III will develop and implement category strategies for Facilities and Corporate Services, manage supplier negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Participate in the RFP process and facilitate supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value
- Leverage analytics to support data-driven decisions and improve category strategies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Experience in conducting negotiations and managing contracts
- Strong analytical skills to understand category spend and market trends
