Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Responsible for developing category strategies and managing sourcing for Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will lead RFP processes, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category/spend strategies by analyzing market trends and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to drive strategic value and contract facilitation
- Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and suppliers to enhance service delivery and governance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Ability to leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in leading negotiations and managing contracts
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and supplier relationships
