Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Category Management Specialist IV will develop and implement category strategies for Facilities and Corporate Services, conduct negotiations, and manage supplier relationships while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies based on market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Leverage analytics to drive data-driven decisions and adopt new technologies in the sourcing process
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage the RFP process
- Strong analytical skills to assess category spend and market trends
