Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Serving as a Category and Sourcing Manager for Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet corporate and operational needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and contract facilitation
- Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and suppliers to align initiatives and strategies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Ability to leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making in category strategies
- Experience in leading contract negotiations and managing supplier relationships
- Strong understanding of market trends and price drivers in relevant categories
