Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Responsible for developing category strategies and managing sourcing for Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will conduct negotiations, perform analysis, and facilitate contracts while collaborating with stakeholders at national and regional levels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Utilize analytics to drive data-driven decisions and adopt new technologies in the sourcing process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Experience leading negotiations and managing contracts
- Strong analytical skills to assess category spend and market trends
