Category Management Specialist IV

Job Summary

Serving as a Category and Sourcing Manager for Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate and operational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
• Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and suppliers to drive value, innovation, and quality of care

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Experience in developing and executing RFPs and contract negotiations
• Strong analytical skills to leverage insights for data-driven decision-making
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
