Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Category Management Specialist IV will manage category and sourcing strategies for Facilities and Corporate Services, develop and implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure effective contracting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and suppliers to drive value and innovation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Ability to leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to adopt change practices and drive strategic programs
