Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Serving as a Category and Sourcing Manager for Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, and conduct negotiations while collaborating with stakeholders at both national and regional levels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies based on market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value
- Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and suppliers to drive alignment and value
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Ability to leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in developing and executing RFPs and negotiating contracts
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and stakeholder needs
