Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Supporting key corporate and operational categories, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Utilize analytics and insights to drive data-driven decisions and adopt new technologies in the sourcing process
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and stakeholder management
- Experience in developing and executing RFPs and contract negotiations
- Ability to leverage analytics for strategic decision-making
