Category Management Specialist IV

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV, the successful candidate will manage category and sourcing strategies for Facilities and Corporate Services, focusing on developing category strategies, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business needs and outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement category/spend strategies while building relationships with internal clients and suppliers
• Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Leverage analytics to drive data-informed decisions and adopt new technologies in the sourcing process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Experience in developing and executing RFPs and managing supplier negotiations
• Strong knowledge of market trends and supplier dynamics
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
