Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Serving as a Category and Sourcing Manager for Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to support corporate and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Analyze category spend and apply insights to drive data-driven decisions and adopt new technologies in the sourcing process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Experience leading contract negotiations and managing the RFP process
- Proficiency in leveraging analytics for category strategy development
