Category Management Specialist IV

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV, the successful candidate will manage category and sourcing strategies for Facilities and Corporate Services, focusing on developing and executing strategies, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive value and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
• Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and facilitate contracting
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal clients and suppliers to align initiatives with client expectations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Proven ability to leverage analytics and insights for data-driven decision-making
• Experience in leading negotiations and managing supplier relationships
• Strong understanding of market trends and price drivers in relevant categories
