Category Management Specialist IV

Job Summary

Serving as a Category and Sourcing Manager for Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders at both national and regional levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes category/spend strategies based on market knowledge and stakeholder needs
• Leads the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Analyzes category spend and applies insights to drive data-driven decisions and improve sourcing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal clients and suppliers
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and facilitate contracting processes
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for strategic decision-making
