Job Summary
As a full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV, the successful candidate will manage category and sourcing strategies for Facilities and Corporate Services, focusing on developing strategies, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive value and innovation.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Analyze category spend to inform data-driven decisions and adopt new technologies in the source to pay space
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Strong analytical skills to assess category spend and market trends
- Experience in leading contract negotiations and managing supplier relationships
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
