Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Category Management Specialist IV will develop and implement category strategies for Facilities and Corporate Services, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies while maintaining relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Leverage analytics to drive data-driven decisions and implement change practices for strategic programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Ability to analyze category spend and apply cost and supply market analytics
- Experience in leading contract negotiations and developing RFPs
- Strong understanding of market trends and stakeholder needs
