Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Supporting key corporate and operational categories, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will develop and implement category strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies by leveraging market and supplier knowledge
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value
- Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and suppliers to ensure alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Experience in developing and executing RFPs and contract negotiations
- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for informed decision-making
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
