Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Category Management Specialist IV will manage category and sourcing strategies for Facilities and Corporate Services, focusing on developing strategies, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Analyze category spend and apply insights to drive data-driven decisions and adopt new technologies in sourcing processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Strong understanding of market trends and supplier dynamics
- Experience in developing and executing RFPs and negotiating contracts
- Ability to build relationships with internal clients and external suppliers
