Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV, the successful candidate will manage category and sourcing strategies for Facilities and Corporate Services, develop and implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies while leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and drive the sourcing process
- Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and suppliers to align initiatives and drive value
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Strong understanding of market trends and supplier dynamics
- Experience in leading negotiations and managing contracts
- Ability to leverage analytics for data-driven decision-making
