Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Serving as a Category and Sourcing Manager for Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet corporate and operational needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies while managing end-to-end delivery of business needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to drive strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Leverage analytics and insights to inform data-driven decisions and adopt new technologies in the sourcing process
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Experience leading RFP processes and contract negotiations
- Proficiency in applying analytics to understand category spend and market trends
