Job Summary
Responsible for developing and implementing category strategies, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will manage sourcing and negotiations for Facilities and Corporate Services, collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategic programs and enhance value delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Utilize analytics to drive data-informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement across teams
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and supplier management
- Experience in leading contract negotiations and RFP processes
- Ability to leverage analytics for strategic decision-making
