Job Summary
Responsible for developing category strategies and managing sourcing for Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will lead RFP processes, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category/spend strategies while building relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and drive informed decisions
- Leverage analytics to analyze category spend and apply insights for data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and stakeholder needs
- Experience in leading contract negotiations and managing supplier relationships
- Ability to apply cost and supply market analytics to create effective category strategies
