Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
To support key corporate and operational categories, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will develop and implement category strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive sourcing initiatives and enhance supplier relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category/spend strategies by leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to ensure strategic value and alignment with business goals
- Analyze category spend and apply insights to drive data-driven decisions and improve quality and delivery performance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Experience in leading contract negotiations and executing RFPs
- Strong analytical skills to assess category spend and market trends
