Category Management Specialist IV

Job Summary

Serving as a Category and Sourcing Manager for Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to support key corporate and operational categories.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category/spend strategies while leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
• Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Utilize analytics to inform data-driven decisions and adopt new technologies in the source to pay space

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with internal clients and suppliers
• Experience in leading contract negotiations and managing the RFP process
• Strong analytical skills to understand category spend and market trends
