Category Management Specialist IV

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV, the successful candidate will manage category and sourcing strategies for Facilities and Corporate Services, focusing on developing strategies, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category/spend strategies while leveraging market knowledge and stakeholder needs
• Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Utilize analytics to drive data-driven decisions and support the implementation of strategic programs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal clients and suppliers
• Proven ability to analyze category spend and apply cost and supply market analytics
• Strong understanding of negotiation strategies and contracting processes
