Category Management Specialist IV

Job Summary

Serving as a Category and Sourcing Manager for Facilities and Corporate Services, the full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV will develop category strategies, implement sourcing strategies, conduct negotiations, and collaborate with stakeholders to support key corporate and operational categories.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category/spend strategies while building strong relationships with internal clients and suppliers
• Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and drive the sourcing process
• Leverage analytics and insights to make data-driven decisions regarding category spend and market trends

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
• Proven ability to lead contract negotiations and facilitate the RFP process
• Strong analytical skills to assess category spend and market dynamics
