Category Management Specialist IV

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Category Management Specialist IV, the successful candidate will manage category and sourcing strategies for Facilities and Corporate Services, focusing on developing and implementing sourcing strategies, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute category/spend strategies while building relationships with internal clients and suppliers
• Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to deliver strategic value and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Leverage analytics to make data-driven decisions and adopt new technologies in the source to pay space

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and stakeholder needs
• Experience in leading contract negotiations and managing supplier relationships
• Ability to utilize analytics for decision-making and strategy development
