Category Management Specialist IV
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Category Management Specialist IV will develop and implement category strategies for Facilities and Corporate Services, manage sourcing processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop category/spend strategies and manage end-to-end delivery of business needs for key categories
- Lead the RFP process and supplier negotiations to ensure strategic value and alignment with client expectations
- Leverage analytics to inform data-driven decisions and adopt new technologies in the source-to-pay space
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal clients and suppliers
- Experience leading contract negotiations and managing RFP processes
- Strong analytical skills to assess category spend and market trends
