Category Manager IV - Finance

Job Summary

Leading complex sourcing and supplier management initiatives, the full-time salaried Category Manager IV - Finance will develop multiyear category strategies, execute strategic sourcing plans, and manage key supplier relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multiyear category strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement value targets
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events, including negotiations and supplier selection, while partnering with stakeholders for contract reviews
• Manage key supplier relationships and deliver annual P&L reduction targets through effective sourcing and supplier optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; procurement certification preferred
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex Indirect categories
• Strong negotiation and supplier evaluation skills
• Experience with digital procurement technologies and data analytics
