Job Summary
Results-driven and proactive, the full-time remote Category Manager - Kitchen & Bath will manage strategic direction for assigned home improvement categories, focusing on generating leads, increasing sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction while collaborating with various partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic direction for assigned product categories to drive sales growth and competitiveness
- Develop and execute category plans with measurable leads, sales, and revenue goals, while regularly reviewing results and taking corrective actions
- Conduct monthly internal and external business reviews and analyze key category reports to guide decisions and improve category performance
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of proven experience in Kitchen and Bath or other home improvement categories
- 4+ years of retail experience
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
