Job Summary
To support remote registry operations, the part-time CathPCI Data Abstractor will manage data abstraction for the CathPCI Registry, ensuring adherence to project guidelines and quality standards while assisting the management team in meeting project goals.
Key responsibilities
- Follows project parameters and applies industry-related guidelines for data abstraction tasks
- Stays updated on abstraction requirements and consults with management for clarification as needed
- Meets defined quality and productivity standards for each assigned project and case type
Required qualifications
- Two years of current abstraction experience in the American College of Cardiology CathPCI Registry
- Proficiency in clinical registry data abstraction specifications and related software systems
- Knowledge of CathPCI Registry metrics and associated reports
- Experience with data scrubbing and submission for the CathPCI Registry
- Preferred certifications include RN, RHIA/RHIT, or CPHQ
