Cayman Islands Licensed Fund Manager

Job Summary

To architect and scale an institutional-grade BTC-denominated investment fund, the remote Cayman Islands Licensed Fund Manager will manage the fund's strategy, portfolio construction, risk management, investor relations, and regulatory governance while focusing on delivering risk-adjusted returns measured in BTC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set and execute the fund's investment strategy, including sourcing and managing positions across BTC lending and yield strategies
• Build and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework, monitoring positions and stress-testing against market shocks
• Raise capital from institutional investors, producing monthly reports and leading investor communications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in asset management or trading, with at least 5 years in a portfolio management role
• Proven track record managing a regulated fund or institutional mandate, ideally with over $100M AUM
• Deep knowledge of Bitcoin markets, collateralized lending, and derivatives
• Strong fund governance experience, including working with independent boards and compliance requirements
• Established relationships with crypto foundations or institutional allocators and a history of successful capital raising
