CCNA Certified Services Engineer
Job Summary
Providing remote network, security, and systems support, the full-time CCNA Certified Services Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve client issues to enhance system stability and functionality while managing tickets and collaborating with teams on a 24/7 basis.
Key responsibilities
- Perform network and systems support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for clients
- Manage and close tickets in a timely manner while keeping management informed of any escalations
- Maintain up-to-date technical skills and toolkit inventory related to networking technologies
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of networking experience and 1-3 years in a client-facing role
- CCNA certification required upon hire or within 6 months of employment
- Experience with Cisco, Nortel, or similar technologies
- Understanding of routing protocols and basic protocol analysis using a LAN analyzer
