CCTV Service Engineer
Job Summary
Covering the Northeast of the UK, the full-time CCTV Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation of CCTV and access control systems, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while representing the company to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Attend and complete installation visits, including functional testing and technical sign-off
- Install access control systems, wireless fire alarms, and structured network cabling
- Manage van stock and monitor inventory levels, ordering replacements as needed
Required qualifications
- Mandatory knowledge of access control, CCTV, or fire and security systems
- Green CSCS or ECS card and a valid driver's license
- Good understanding of electrical wiring, networking, and routing is a plus
- IPAF, PASMA, and 3-day first aid certifications are desirable
- Experience engaging with customers in pressured environments is preferable
