Leading a team of CDI professionals, the remote Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Manager with CCDS Certification will drive client engagements, manage operational excellence, and foster team development while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of CDI professionals to enhance engagement and accountability
- Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and quality to meet client expectations and business objectives
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring successful project delivery and clear communication
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Active CCDS credential; RN preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' previous management experience
- Subject matter expertise in CDI within a consulting environment
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff
