Cell Therapy Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the patient cell supply chain for autologous cell therapy products, the 6-month contractor role of Cell Therapy Operations Specialist will coordinate logistics, manage scheduling activities, and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical sites, apheresis centers, and internal stakeholders to maintain patient treatment schedules
• Execute scheduling and logistics activities from patient enrollment to drug product delivery
• Monitor and escalate scheduling conflicts and logistics risks to ensure timely patient support

Required qualifications

• One to two years of experience in the biotech or cell therapy industry
• Proven experience in scheduling, planning, and logistics coordination
• Solid understanding of GMP and GTP requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to right-first-time execution
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
