Cell Therapy Product Leader

Job Summary

As the primary accountable leader for product strategy, the full-time Senior Director, Cell Therapy Product Leader will oversee the Cell Therapy portfolio, establishing performance measures and coordinating execution across operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the representative on Global Product Teams and Worldwide Brand Teams, ensuring alignment and coordinated execution across the enterprise
• Own the end-to-end product strategy for assigned Cell Therapy assets, translating strategies into integrated supply and technology plans
• Chair cross-functional GO Teams to prioritize and govern the product Book of Work required to meet strategic objectives

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. or B.A. in science or engineering; advanced degree preferred, along with prior cell therapy development experience
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives across development and commercialization
• Deep understanding of Cell Therapy or biologics value chains, including development and supply chain considerations
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
