Central Hiring Manager - AV/EV
Job Summary
To support the rapidly growing Autonomous Vehicle (AV) and Electric Vehicle (EV) segment, the remote Central Hiring Manager - AV/EV will be responsible for interviewing, evaluating, and selecting talent while maintaining high standards for performance, safety, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Own interviews and candidate-selection decisions for AV/EV segment employees across various markets and technical skill levels
- Execute weekly and monthly workforce plans to maintain necessary interview volume and hiring velocity for rapid growth
- Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' technical capabilities, experience, and cultural alignment with the AV/EV team
Required Qualifications
- Strong automotive technical knowledge, preferably in EV, high-voltage systems, diagnostics, or autonomous vehicles
- Experience in technician roles, fleet management, shop leadership, or automotive operations
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment with aggressive staffing targets
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and decision-making skills
- Highly organized, data-driven, and accountable for measurable hiring outcomes
