Job Summary
Leading the implementation of risk-based monitoring approaches, the full-time Central Monitoring Manager will oversee centralized monitoring activities, manage study-specific plans, and present analysis results to study teams and clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate initial and ongoing study Risk Management
- Perform Centralized Monitoring including review of Key Risk Indicators and Statistical Analyses
- Develop and manage targeted SDV and monitoring strategies for studies
Required qualifications
- College/University degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Clinical Study Lead/Manager experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Full working proficiency in English; Lithuanian proficiency is a plus
- Centralized Monitoring experience is a plus
