Central Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time hourly Central Operations Specialist will manage specific retail operational areas, support branches with critical functions, and assist in training and inquiries while working remotely from Washington, Idaho, California, or Oregon.

Key responsibilities

• Support specific retail operational areas, including account setups, payment processing, and user access administration
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and bankwide problem-solving projects to improve operational processes
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and government regulations while posting updates for problem resolution

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• 0 to 2 years of clerical, banking, or client service experience with retail banking or operations exposure
• Proficiency in advanced aspects of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations related to deposit accounts and bank operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment
