Centralized Hiring Manager

Job Summary

To enhance talent acquisition for the Amazon Segment, the Centralized Hiring Manager will conduct thorough interviews with technicians, ensuring candidates receive a positive experience while working remotely in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Perfect the interview process by hosting comprehensive interviews and making thoughtful hiring recommendations
• Maintain a tracker of interview details, including candidate backgrounds and evaluations
• Collaborate with field leadership and the recruiting team to address specific market needs and improve program efficiency

Required qualifications

• Extensive mechanical knowledge of light and heavy-duty vehicles, with experience as a technician and/or technician manager
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and the ability to build relationships with field leadership and recruiting teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams, with a data-driven approach to improving KPIs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive action within a team-oriented environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a dynamic business model
