Job Summary
Managing incoming referrals and patient outreach, the full-time Centralized Scheduler - TN will handle order entry and validation of imaging and referrals while working remotely in the CST time zone.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming referrals from provider's offices and perform order entry and validation of imaging
- Conduct proactive patient outreach via phone, text, and other communication channels
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach while managing multiple tasks throughout the workday
Required qualifications
- Preferred background in healthcare
- Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, physicians, and staff
