Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Drive growth and execution by turning opportunities into actionable plans
- Diagnose and solve problems related to revenue, profitability, and operational inefficiencies
- Improve financial performance by advising on pricing, margins, cash flow, and expenses
Required qualifications
- At least eight years of hands-on business operating experience as a CEO with full P&L responsibility
- A proven track record of scaling a business from approximately $500K to $10M+ in annual revenue
- Experience in company-wide accountability for financial and operational performance
- Comfortable working directly with business owners and providing leadership and accountability
- A hands-on mindset with the ability to implement solutions and drive results
